In there, change the (Default) string value to Nexus Mod Download (or whatever you want to call it). Add another string value called URL Protocol. Leave the value empty. Add a key to nxm called DefaultIcon. Set the (Default) value to "C:\Path\to\topfind247.co,1". I did that too. The problem right now is that NMM seems to work then not work, on and off. It's strange. Right now it's working again. There's a "Download Manager" tab, next to "Mod Activation Queue" tab. When I used that to install the mods, it started working again.
